Gnocchis
Our gnocchi is lovingly-made and snap frozen for perfect texture — pillowy soft when boiled, golden when pan-fried, and deeply satisfying.
We'll add other pastas to the range later, but gnocchis are to us, the undersung heroes of the pasta family. They lend themselves so well to incorporating serves of nutritious vegetables into our diets.
What's more, they are sooo easy to cook. Simply boil salted water, add your frozen gnocchi and when they all float simply drain the water (except half a cup), add your sauce or our ready sauceback to the pot, stir through and heat and serve with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese to your taste.
